Meet Carlye Pymble, Lead Trainer and Assessor
Carlye Pymble is the Managing Director and Lead Trainer and Assessor at Artisan Training Academy RTO 46085. With over 20 years in the beauty industry and almost 10 years delivering vocational education and training, Carlye has trained students across Australia in both nationally recognised qualifications and advanced industry techniques. Her qualifications include TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, SHB50321 Diploma of Cosmetic Tattooing, and SHB50121 Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
As a cosmetic tattoo artist, Carlye specialises in brows, lips, eyeliner, scar camouflage, corrections, and removals — with a strong focus on natural outcomes, facial balance, and machine-based hyperrealism techniques such as nano hairstrokes. Her training philosophy centres on safe practice, technical precision, and student-centred learning, supporting each student to grow into a confident, capable practitioner.
